Does this mod have dialogues in English? I have GE2RB but it's going a bit wrong and I've been looking for translations to the psp version.

Nope. but someone has released Indonesia patch (few English some part of game).

What's new:
- Improve sharpe all text font. (English, Symbol, Hiragana, Katakana and Some Kanji)
- Should work for all game version (1.00-1.40), aslo Indonesia Patched too.
- Add a lot of missing textures.
- Minor fixes.
